Hi Y3ti chose me for owner since he left. here are the changes

- I became a god and I wanna be praised by everyone ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
- Unbanned matrix and gdl, welcome back guys
- No got 1% warning ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
- unhid the "moderator discussion" board
- new ranks at 0, 10, 25, 50, 100, 200, 300, 500, 750, 1k and 3k posts
- different staff moderate definite boards.
- there is a new group, the geometry titans, that are me, hexhammer, gdl, matrix, y3ti, invertia and raketti. they are real staff (admin pannel, ban etc)
