I understand that on a small forum, giving staff to everybody "because we're friend" is an obvious thing to do. But I think its a really bad idea 1/ It's totally pointless. This forum is too small to need many mods 2/ There is no real staff anymore. Everyone is staff, so nobody has a "real" autority. Its exactly the same as if nobody had mod powers 3/ Most of staff doesn't have much posts, i.e. isn't very active. A global mod even has 0 posts. ZERO POSTS. For a global mod. What the ...!?
