We could maybe do a new group called "undercover moderator" it displays the standart 1 star that a normal member has, and as custom title it say "member" too, but actualy some1 who counts as a member of the group "undercover moderator" has mod permissions....

I created now the "new" group.
We will try it out, so if it works good, then the group will stay!
We need one person, only staff members.

Cuz let's be ok actually, member and mod is the same. Yeah, a mod can moderate a board, but it's shown so it's not undercover. So for now sry but answered no.
